With many home owners increasing the size of their property instead of moving, a conversion really is a fantastic way of optimising readily available space.

Choosing a conversion over an extension gives you the extra room without taking away any valuable outdoor space that you can often sacrifice with increasing the size of your home.  It is also a cost effective option of creating additional space compared to the cost of moving or adding an extension and is becoming a much more popular choice. If it’s a garage conversion that you are interested in, “part conversions” are a possibility for those who would like to keep some space for storage.
